The client and the brief
norak. photographs individuals and brands between Marseille and Bali: portraits, advertising campaigns, brand shoots and packshots. The website had to live up to the images and make people want to book a session.
What was built
The site is organised around two audiences: a Portraits gallery for individuals, a Brand image page for businesses, an About page and a contact form. With an international clientele, the whole site is available in French and English.

Technical choices
The site is built with Astro, which generates very light static pages: ideal for a portfolio where photos must load fast, even on mobile. Every image comes in several WebP sizes and loads as you scroll. The layout stays minimal so the photos take centre stage, and every page has its English version and structured data for Google.
